Terms of Trade

1. Quotations

Quotations are valid for the period stated (normally 7 days) and are subject to prior sale and final confirmation of availability at origin.

2. Specifications

Products are sold against the specification stated in the Proforma Invoice. Certificates of Analysis are issued per lot by an independent laboratory at loading.

3. Payment

Unless otherwise agreed: irrevocable L/C at sight, or T/T advance with balance against copy documents.

4. Delivery

Delivery terms follow Incoterms 2020 as stated in the contract. Risk passes according to the agreed Incoterm.

5. Claims

Quality or quantity claims must be notified in writing within 14 days of arrival, supported by an independent surveyor's report drawn at discharge.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the courts of Sharjah.
